Where is customer experience today?

'In its adolescence', according to a recent Forrester report! Significant improvements can still be made to improve customer loyalty, it states. Especially in website usability! Well, we couldn't agree more!

Extend the shopping experience: RFID tags and mobile phones
 
User Intelligence tested the use of RFID tags with mobile phones to see if the shopping experience would be extended. Armed with a fully equipped mobile phone we conducted a usability test in a retail store in Belgium.

Interesting presentations at UX cocktail hour in UI office
 
On Wednesday, May 6th, User Intelligence hosted the UX Cocktail hour. This edition of the informal gathering of 'User Experience' people had a theme - "User Research" and two official presenters - Steve Portigal and Elio Tagliola. The theme was a great fit with User Intelligence, as User Research is one of the services we offer.
