User Intelligence was present at the IA (Information Architecture) summit 2009 in Memphis. Not only to meet, greet and become even more inspired... but also to contribute with an interesting poster "Effectively Communicating Web Analytics" on display.

Showing the strengths of Nyenrode
 
User Intelligence recently worked for Nyenrode Business Universiteit according to the UI project methodology. By offering a range of coherent services along the design process it was possible to launch Nyenrode.nl in the end of 2008. The website and CMS are built by using the MOSS2007 framework; this allows members of the Nyenrode organization to be actively involved in content creation and therefore content ownership.

Online Wall of Deliverables
 
Together with Livia Labate and Nathan Curtis, Jacco Nieuwland organized the second installment of the Wall of Deliverables at the 10th IA Summit in Memphis. There is also an online Wall of Deliverables, where some of the entries are published. The online Wall will be available the whole year round.

Award of Achievement in Web Analytics
 
Our Senior Web Analyst, Adam Cox, has recently completed the Award of Achievement in Web Analytics with an A+ average over the four modules. This professional education program is a collaboration between the Web Analytics Association (WAA) and the University of British Columbia (UBC). Find out more about Adam’ s achievement and what this adds to the web analytics services at User Intelligence.

Usability of Electronic Health Records
User Centric (one of our partners in the UXalliance) recently wrote two white papers on Electronic Health Records. In one study they explored why usability remains an issue in electronic records used by healthcare professionals. In another study they compared two different personal health record tools (Google Health and Microsoft HealthVault).
