Usability lab

User Intelligence offers a usability lab that consists of three parts; one test room and two observation rooms. One of the observation rooms has been set-up especially for clients. The tests can be followed live on a big screen.

The client observation room is equipped with a large conference table and wall-to-wall whiteboards. This makes it possible to directly brainstorm possible solutions to issues observed during the usability tests.

The actions of the user are shown in two ways. We record the users’ facial expressions with a webcam and capture their on screen behavior. These two recordings are combined to one single image which is projected in the observation rooms.
