About User Intelligence

User Intelligence is a User Experience consulting firm founded in 2002 and located in the heart of Amsterdam. User Intelligence delivers interactive products that provide great and valuable experiences to their users and support the business objectives of our customers.

We have a core team of 12 User Experience consultants and we work closely together with freelance Information Architects, UX consultants and Graphic Designers.

User Intelligence delivers a combination of User Experience Services such as User Research, Strategy, Interaction Design and Evaluation (e.g., usability testing, expert reviews, web analytics and online surveys) that can be instigated in various stages of the project life-cycle.

User Intelligence has continuously contributed to meeting the business goals of a wide variety of companies in very different industries by delivering interactive products that successfully do what they have to do. The projects range from short-term assignments to long-term relationships with both small and large companies.

User Intelligence is working closely with Snitker & Co (Denmark) to offer User Research services in Denmark and other Scandinavian countries. Additionally, User Intelligence is partner of the UXalliance, a global collective of User Experience companies that deliver international testing services.
