Sr. Usability Specialist

Location: Amsterdam
Starting date: Immediate

Activities

• Discussing with clients what approach is best for a project


• Researching the target audience (user research)


• Conducting Expert reviews of interactive products


• Planning, organizing and conducting usability tests


• Analyzing results and writing test reports


• Presenting test findings to clients


• Helping in continuously improving our service offering, the process and deliverables

Conditions

• Relevant educational background, preferably at university level (e.g. psychology)


• At least 3 -4 years experience, experience in consultancy environment preferred


• Excellent written and verbal skills (Dutch and English)

Characteristics

• You have a passion for end users and the field of User Experience


• You are able to maintain a critical view on your own solutions and those of others


• You can work both independently as in (external) teams
