Vision

In order to create valuable products and services, one should start with a firm understanding of these three aspects:

  • Users - What do they need, use and like? In which context will they use the product?

  • Businesses or organizations - What is the strategy? Who are working there? What is the budget and what does the planning look like?

  • Interactive technology - What are the possibilities and constraints of technology?

The figure below nicely illustrates how these three aspects are related. The interactive product should meet the users needs. Only if that is the case, the product will be valuable for the user. Providing value for the user is the starting point of users giving value to the business. Therefore, for the product to be valuable for the business, we stress that the focus should be on the user.

Our vision

In addition to the three aspects mentioned above, there is an important fourth overall aspect: The Design process, gluing together all other aspects.
Our methodology
Working in the field of User Experience requires a solid methodology and design process that incorporates all things needed to make sure that the final product does indeed meet the users needs. With respect to this, continuous evaluation is key to success. The figure shows how evaluation is interwoven in all steps of the development of a product.

User Intelligence helps organizations to get a better understanding of these four aspects. Have a look at our services to see how they fit together and can be valuable for your customers and thus, for your business.
