The Handbook of Global User Research

UXalliance

Organizations are increasingly selling their products and services on a global scale. This makes it necessary that user research takes the global audience into account as well. Unfortunately, most usability practitioners are not prepared for working globally yet. They often lack sufficient knowledge and preparation to conduct quality global research. And, with time and resources at stake, they are hungry for it.

To fill this need, a handbook on global user research will be published by User Intelligence (co-author) and the other partners of the UXalliance. The purpose of this book is to share practical, no-nonsense information from a number of knowledgeable sources from around the globe, each with a broad range of experiences from the field. The book was written by 53 practitioners from 21 countries, making it truly global and practical!

The Handbook of Global User Research can be ordered via Amazon. More information and resources on this book can be found on the dedicated website www.globaluserresearch.com.
