The UXalliance entered its fifth year of existence! The global leader in user experience research was founded in 2005 by leading user experience companies. Since then, it has become the world’s largest organization offering global user experience research. The UXalliance is founded on the principles of quality, efficiency and expertise. These principles are maintained by regular face-to-face meetings with all partners.

The UXalliance is now the world’s largest organization offering global user experience research and has almost 250 user researchers, access to over 50 user testing labs, knowledge of more than 30 languages and cover almost every continent. As such, the UXalliance offers a wide range of different usability methods and techniques to help clients develop, test or evaluate products and services for global markets. Since 2005, the UXalliance has tested over 15,000 participants and has provided outstanding service to its global customers such as Microsoft, Nokia and Ebay.

The UXalliance is looking forward to include more partners in the future and maintaining the principles of quality, efficiency and expertise. One way the UXalliance aims to support these principles is by having various UXalliance partners attending the Usability Professionals' Association (UPA) this June in Portland, US. Over 700 user experience professionals from more than 20 countries will meet there. Also, the UXalliance proudly awaits the release of their new book this November called “The Handbook of Global User Research”.
