Our UXalliance partner User Centric organizes the fourth UX Masterclass in Chicago. This event brings together researchers and professionals discussing trends in the field of customer experiences and UX. The UX Masterclass is organized twice a year by one of the 23 partners of the UXalliance.
This edition is all about: what you do matters! The UX Masterclass brings accomplished User Experience producers, designers, and researchers from all over the world. These speakers will demonstrate how they conceive, design and evaluate the User Experience. Janne Lohvansuu from our Finnish office will be presenting about the User Experience research and design that was done for an iPad application for medical professionals.
Besides Janne, there are a lot of other interesting talks. Such as David Krajicek from GfK on the future of market research and UX research, Susan Wolfe from Optimal Experience on the current hot topic of Service Design and many more.
