What is the UX Masterclass?
The UXalliance, the global network of 22 usability companies including User Intelligence, will organize the UX Masterclass on September 20th. The Masterclass will be hosted by our Canadian partner, Yu Centric, in Montreal, Canada.
Global trends in User Research and Design is the main focus of the Masterclass. In this one-day event, real world examples will be presented which demonstrate innovative technologies and methods, global collaboration, and lessons learned.
Featured speakers include UX researchers and designers of Forrester Research (Vidya Drego), Fidelity investments (Tom Tullis), and Paypal (Kuldeep Kelkar). The program will offer multiple tracks, including ‘Service design for multiple experiences, devices and platforms’ , ‘Stories from the real world’, and ‘Latest trends and technology in usability testing’.
