UI presenting at eMetrics 2010

After presenting on combining methods at the EuroIA in 2009 and the UPA in 2010 , Adam Cox and Martijn Klompenhouwer again showed the benefits of combining two separate methods. This time they delivered their presentation at the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit in Stockholm Sweden. Instead of explaining the benefits of Web Analytics to a User Experience audience, they told their story to marketing managers, web analysts and business intelligence experts.

During the presentation the benefits of combining methods was illustrated by several practical examples of how a combined approach helps both the web Analyst and the user researcher.
