SVB launch their new Website

On April 6th, the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) have launched their new website. The concept, information structure, interaction- and visual design have been completely changed. User Intelligence has been responsible for the final interaction design and visual design.

The new www.SVB.nl has really been designed from a customer-centred perspective. The customer needs have been the driver behind the design. This resulted in a website that offers meaningful content to its visitors, at the right time and in relevant situations. The website also offers a personal ‘Mijn SVB’ section where customers can make use of the digital services of the SVB.
