Digital Tomorrow study launched in Finland

User Intelligence and design agency Grass Business have launched a study called Digital Tomorrow. The study will gather data on the state of digital services in Finland, aiming to discover critical success factors in digital service development and propagation. It will also illustrate capabilities and intentions of the organizations for further development of these services.

The study has a particular emphasis on user experience. It has become a key business edge in modern digital services, and its importance will grow further in 2010. Other aspects of the study include emphasis of new digital services – target audience, business rationale and focus on improvement – and how the providers engage in their service development.

Digital Tomorrow focuses on a selection of industries. 20-30 organizations in each industry will be interviewed. First in line are the medical and healthcare industries.

Incentives for participants

The results of the study will be made available to the participating organizations, and provide a pragmatic tool for service strategy planning. Furthermore, approximately ten participants will be selected for a more extensive study, which will include a usability evaluation of their digital service. Finnish organizations interested in participating are encouraged to see further details on the study and leave their contact information at "the Digital Tomorrow website”.
