User Intelligence joins forces with the University of Art and Design in Helsinki to bring the “Course UX09 –Designing digital services with user-centered methods” into life.

UX09

UX09 brings the latest topics and speakers to discuss about the design, concepting and user research. It is aimed at designers, producers and managers who are keen to learn more about the current design and research methods, to get inspired, to gain new skills and network with UX professionals.

The six month course will start by exploring methods for understanding people in terms of their behaviors, environments and relationships. From this foundation, participants will explore how best to use the gained understanding for user research, digital service design, design team management and so on. A project is also carried out during the course by each participant for the respective organization. The goal of this project is to communicate and deliver on the business value of user experience.

Participants coming from various companies are user experience professionals at all levels — directors, managers, and practitioners. The popular UX-course is organized for the second time now.

Janne Lohvansuu, User Intelligence’s Managing Director in Finland, acts as a course director with Reetta Neuvonen.
