Vision
In order to create valuable products and services, one should start with a firm understanding of three aspects:
- Users - What do they need, use and like? In which context will they use the product?
- Businesses or organizations - What is their strategy? Who are the stakeholders? What is the budget and what does the planning look like?
- Interactive technology - What are the possibilities and constraints of technology?

As illustrated in the model above, the aspects are related to each other. Above all, we believe that an interactive product should meet the users needs. Only then a product will be valuable to a user. And... providing value to the user is off course the starting point for users giving value to a business.
Design Process
In addition to the aspects mentioned above, there is an important fourth overall aspect: The Design process.
Working in the field of User Experience requires a solid project methodology that incorporates all things needed to make sure that the final product does indeed meet the users needs. With respect to this, continuous evaluation is key to success.
User Intelligence helps organizations to get a better understanding of these four aspects. Please have a look at our services to see how they fit together and can be valuable for your customers and thus, for your business.
