Veli-Pekka Laitinen

Veli-Pekka Laitinen aka Vellu joined as a partner in User Intelligence in the summer 2009.

Combining education from industrial design and long experience in the world of digital services, Vellu possesses vast knowledge of design management and hands-on experience on how to create successful customer experiences.

Before joining the Finnish team of User Intelligence, he was lead designer in various international accounts as well as Art Director, User Experience competence manager and senior designer in Tieto, Satama and other leading digital agencies.

A list of satisfied customers would be too long for this page, so to put it short, Vellu does hands-on service concepting and interaction design combined with solid technological understanding.

On freetime, you can spot Vellu working in his zucchini plantation in northern Helsinki, whenever its not covered in snow.
