Sophia studied Industrial Psychology in Maastricht. At Philips Research she investigated a new interaction solution for colored lighting atmosphere, which opened her eyes for the combination of psychology and technology.
After gaining solid scientific research knowledge, she wanted to further explore the UX field and develop her design and technical skills. Therefore, joining the User-System Interaction programme at the Technical University of Eindhoven was a perfect opportunity. A variety of user-centered design projects were conducted for organizations such as Smart Homes, Novay and Philips.
After all this education, she joined User Intelligence as a User Researcher. Her aim is to conduct a wide range of projects for different clients; finding main problems and improving the costumer experience.
