Anna got interested in usability from the moment she started her studies at Helsinki University of Technology in 2006. Currently, she is finalizing her thesis at Usability School, which is a combination of courses from the School of Science and Technology and the School of Art and Design at Aalto University, and the Cognitive Science program from the University of Helsinki.
Through her studies Anna has a broad and comprehensive view on usability, design and cognition.
Up until 2011, Anna worked as a software designer concentrating on user interface and usability issues for the Social Insurance Institution of Finland. In User Intelligence she focuses on user research and ethnographic studies and enjoys working with professional and experienced people.
