Web Analyst

Adam joined User Intelligence as a Web Analytics consultant in January 2008. He has a degree in Computing and Business Administration from the University of Kent, UK. With a passion for improving the user experience, Adam has furthered his education with formal studies in Human Computer Interaction and more recently with Web Analytics.

Prior to User Intelligence he worked in Antwerp, Belgium for a full-service communication agency. As an Information Architect / Web Analyst he worked on integrated, Pan-European marketing initiatives for clients such as Honda Motorcycles, Honda Access, Ricoh, Bridgestone, and the United Nations. During this time he was responsible for the analysis, design, structure and management of digital design solutions.

During Adam’s early career he worked for a Railway company in London, providing engineering and operational consultancy services for clients in Rail and related businesses. As a member of the analytical team, he assessed the feasibility of service and infrastructure changes in terms of capacity and punctuality. Analysing complex results and producing comprehensive reports for clients were his core responsibilities. These early responsibilities have provided a solid foundation for the field of web analytics.

During his spare time, Adam loves to travel, mix with different cultures and visit new countries. He has benefited from an international education in the UK, Kenya and Belgium which made this possible from a very young age.
