NL - Senior User Researcher

Context

User Intelligence focuses on the combination of UX research and design. The main reason for this is that we believe that integrating these fields is very beneficial to our clients. Responsibilities

• The main responsibility of the senior User Researcher is delivering customer insights to our clients.
• You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to translate client business objectives into a research plan and conduct the research activities (both qualitative and quantitative methods).
• As senior team member, you are expected to guide and coach peer (junior) UX consultants and lead them by example.
• Generate sales leads and contribute to the sales process by writing and reviewing proposals
• Be passionate about the field of User Experience and express that by participating in the User Experience community (and related)

Education and experience

• Masters/Bachelors degree in relevant design area such as psychology, industrial design, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as researcher
• Hands-on experience with a variety of industries and types and sizes of projects
